collapse branch

given a phylocanvas object and an id node, collapse the node.

collapse_branch(phycnv, nodeid, collapse = TRUE)

Arguments

phycnv	Required.
nodeid	Required.
collapse	Optional. Default TRUE. Whether to collapse the node.
